Damon and Melanie first met while working together at a global search firm in Singapore, where their 24-year professional relationship and friendship began. The two have long shared a vision of working together again, and at AndersenBarlow, that vision has become reality.

Together, they are building a personalised search business intentionally designed to partner with a select number of great organisations, those who truly value genuine engagement, genuine collaboration, and uncompromising quality.

Damon has a long history of placing top Non‐Executive Directors on Boards and securing C‐Suite leaders within Listed, Private Equity-backed, and private organisations within the consumer industry in Asia Pacific.

Melanie has a similar track record placing C-level talent with international brands, and working with early-stage start-ups, Founders and VC firms to staff entire product, marketing, engineering, and go-to-market sales teams post Series A and beyond.
